Everytime I try and order ...it takes forever for someone to even reply ! So I u call now ...and even then ...nobody is picking up ...it says your open ..but yet can't get ahold of anyone to even order ..pretty disorganized...I have had to spend my money elsewhere numerous times ..because someone's slacking and being extremely slow! It's been over an hour now since first texting you and still no reply !

The vault is hands down the best service in Peterborough. Always a full menu, accurate pictures, lineage and thc/cbd percentages and even the supplier. Pretty much seed to hand we know who is doing it, and that's The Vault!

Very poor customer service! Placed an order 3 hours ago and no reply on eta. Last time the guy made an excuse as to why he couldn't deliver...said he was partying all night. This isn't the first time we've experienced this!! There's always an excuse each time we order. Says it's open at 10am...you don't get a response for hours or not at all. Very dissatisfied.

Very happy with the service, biggest menu in all of Peterborough with some of the best products. Been coming here for a month now and they always treat me good, have gotten a free pre roll on multiple occasions, I got the pink biscotti last time and it put me out very pleased. I have tried a few other companies on leafythings and non compare to the quality
