Not impressed at all with the service and availability of products. I tried to place an order as a new customer and almost every strain I asked for was not available ( 1 out of 5 strains were available ) . No replacement or compensation was offered, only excuses. There seemed to be no concern to gain a new customer other than the excuses I was given . I read good reviews about Farmers Link so I don't understand why very little to no effort was made on their part to make me want to purchase product from them. Based on my experience with Farmers Link I wouldn't feel confident buying from them or recommend their products and services.
